The rates published are weekly rates, unless otherwise stated. During the peak summer season weekly lettings are from Saturday to Saturday. For off peak periods we can offer flexibility on arrival dates.

Booking Deposit:
An non-refundable booking deposit of 15% per property is required to secure your booking. The balance of the payment is required 6 weeks prior to arrival date. Payment can be made via credit card - mastercard/visa, euro cheque, bank transfer.
Cancellation:
In the event of cancellation the following charges will apply
4 weeks prior to arrival 50%
2 weeks prior to arrival 100%
Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of €100 must be paid to the supervisor/caretaker on arrival. The deposit will be refunded once the supervisor is satisfied that the terms and conditions of rental have been compiled with. It is expected that the homes be left in a clean & tidy condition on departing. All rubbish should be gathered and stored in suitable plastic bags. Failure to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition may result in the loss of security deposit. |
